Hello, my name is Beatriz Higuera. My whole family is from Madrid, but I was born in Malaga, my parents decided to move here because of the fantastic weather, the people, and the amazing lifestyle.
I studied law in the Malaga University, and I am a registered lawyer based in the Costa del Sol since 2001.
I have the pleasure of being part of the legal department of SkandiaMäklarna Fuengirola, and I will be pleased to assist you in any legal matter you may need.
What I love from my job is that I can help people and make their lives easier. I believe empathy and professionalism, together with structured work to be efficient, simplifies and makes a difference to manage a smooth and successful purchase process in Spain.
My free time is dedicated to my family, specially to my three children, playing sports - I love cycling- and learning as much as I can to improve my skills to be a better person.
