On the top floor of this newly reconstructed building that used to be a nightclub, you will find a wonderful apartment with two bedrooms and an open plan kitchen dining living room and a private roof top terrace with a swimmingpool.
As you enter the hallway, you will find the two bedrooms on your left hand side. There is the master bedroom fitted with built in wardrobes and has a French balcony. Next is the smaller guest room that is currently used as a home office. Also with a French balcony and a built in wardrobe.
Across the hall is the fully tiled bathroom with brand new bathtub, toilet and bidet.
The Scandinavian styled open plan kitchen and living room is fitted with all new domestic appliances. You can easily seat six people around the dining table and in the living area there is ample space for a big sofa to relax or watch tv in. It has access to a balcony terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun and a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the ocean. You can sleep a total of 6 people in the apartment counting with the sofabed in the livingroom.
Via a short climb of the stairs in the hallway you will get to the private roof terrace with your own heated pool, outdoor kitchen fitted with a washing machine, sundeck with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean. Up here you will enjoy the sun all day while floating about in the pool, having a barbecue or entertaining guests.
The apartment includes 2 parking spaces inside the gated area of the property. One of the parkingspaces has an electrical outlet installed for charging electric cars as well as mobile homes. An extra space between the parking spaces provides the opportunity for extra storage and the current owners park their 7 meter long mobile home without any problems.

Tavira has a fantastic 14 kilometers long sandy beach located on the island, Ilha de Tavira. Ferries run from the city center all year round from the nearby Quatro Águas. There are many lovely places to explore around Tavira starting in the beautiful village of Cabanas in the east. The view over the protected lagoon of Ria Farmosa to Ilha de Tavira is idyllic and there is nothing more relaxning than sitting in one of small cafés along the water with a glass of chilled white wine!
