The house consists of a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a modern kitchen with associated laundry room. On the ground floor you are greeted by a cozy terrace with a view of the common pool area, on the upper floor there is a balcony that also leads up to the lovely roof terrace with a lovely view of the surrounding area and from here you can also see the beautiful salt lake. Here there is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy life outdoors on various terraces. The house has its own parking space and the community has a shared pool area.
Los Balcones is an incredibly popular area that is also seen as exclusive. Here there are many large houses with spacious plots and lush gardens, but also genuinely Spanish terraced houses. In the area there are several grocery stores, restaurants, bars and proximity to the services needed during your time in Spain. The nearest beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and for those who want to go on an excursion, the motorway is also about 5 minutes from here. In Los Balcones, Torrevieja's tennis club is also located and here there are bowling alleys, soccer fields, basketball courts, etc.
