Los Balcones is an incredibly popular area that is also seen as exclusive. Here there are many large houses with spacious plots and lush gardens, but also genuinely Spanish terraced houses. In the area there are several grocery stores, restaurants, bars and proximity to the services needed during your time in Spain. The nearest beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and for those who want to go on an excursion, the motorway is also about 5 minutes from here. In Los Balcones, Torrevieja's tennis club is also located and here there are bowling alleys, soccer fields, basketball courts, etc.
