We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are happy to be able to show you this well-maintained townhouse in Playa Flamenca. The terraced house consists of two floors. On the entrance floor there is a living room with open kitchen and WC. If you take the stairs up to the upper floor, there are both bedrooms and a bathroom with a built-in sauna. From one bedroom there is also an exit to a cozy balcony. Up another flight of stairs, you have the private roof terrace with a nice view of the surrounding area and Zenia Boulevard. On the ground floor there is a terrace, a place to park the car and also a wine cellar. A common pool area belongs to the community.
Playa Flamenca is a lively area all year round and here you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the necessary services for your stay in the area, whether it is permanent or on holiday. Within a short walking distance is the coast's largest shopping centre, Zenia Boulevard and the Saturday market which is organized every week all year round, but also cycling distance to a large selection of restaurants, bars and also several beaches. In addition to high-class shopping, the area also offers go-carts, bowling, a casino, water parks or every 18 holes on one of the 4 nearby golf courses.
