Here at SkandiaMäklarna we are pleased to welcome our customers to a unique and completely renovated villa in popular Ciudad Quesada. The house has a large plot with plenty of patios to hang out on, space to park the car and an inviting private pool area where you can spend the days in the sun. The house itself consists of two floors. On the entrance floor, which is used as a guest house, there are two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and laundry room. On the upper floor we have a large kitchen, living room with office area and dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hall. As the house and plot are located high up in Quesada, you have absolutely fantastic views of the surrounding area, salt lake etc. Very hard to beat! This is a house that is suitable for a large family or why not multi-generational living.
Ciudad Quesada is an area where there is people and activity all year round. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the services you need during your stay in the area, regardless of whether you are here permanently or on holiday. Here you will find entertainment such as mini golf, golf, bowling, hiking trails, water park etc. Quesada is an area where there is something for all ages! The Norwegian school is also located here. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes by car and it is the popular beach in Guardamar.
