We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are happy to be able to offer our customers this really nice and bright villa in Ciudad Quesada. The villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen as well as terrace and roof terrace. The front of the house faces west, so you have lovely afternoon and evening sun. On the roof terrace you have sun all day long. The house and grounds are very well maintained and this is something you notice immediately when you step in through the entrance. On the grounds there are lovely areas to hang out on as well as a private pool where you can take a cooling dip.
Ciudad Quesada is an area where there are people and movement all year round. Here there is a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the services you need during your stay in the area. Here you can find entertainment such as mini golf, golf, bowling, hiking trails, water park, etc. Quesada is an area where there is something for all ages! The Norwegian school is also located here. In 10 minutes by car you can reach several beaches as well as the two cities of Torrevieja and Guardamar.
