Here at SkandiaMäklarna we are very happy to offer this magnificent and unique villa in the lush area of Pinar de Campoverde. The house stands on a large plot with several terraces, garage, outdoor kitchen and a really nice garden with trees and bushes. Pinar de Campoverde is a green and leafy area just outside the town of Pilar de la Horadada. There are restaurants, bars and a grocery store here. Among the pleasures are nice walking paths, the proximity to Lo Romero's golf course or why not take a 15-minute drive to one of the nearby beaches. The area is on a hill, which means that you can get a really nice view from many houses and sometimes even a sea view. In the nearby town of Pilar de la Horadada there are services such as banks, pharmacies, schools, etc.
