Here at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja we are happy to welcome our customers to this fantastic villa on the hill right next to the popular Las Ramblas golf course. The house has been completely renovated in a nice, modern and bright design. The whole house is really pleasant. The villa itself consists of two floors. On the entrance floor there is a hall, dining area, living room and kitchen as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the living room you have nice views out to the back and the valley and have an exit to the garden. One floor up there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace with fantastic views. At the back you then have an inviting pool area, a cozy barbecue area and several other places to hang out.
Orihuela Costa is an area that offers something for everyone. Here there are activities for the whole family such as go-karting, mini golf, shopping and casino. For golf enthusiasts this is a paradise with four high-class courses within 10 minutes, including the prestigious Las Colinas. In addition, Zenia Boulevard, the coast's largest shopping center, is just a short drive away. The nearby beaches are numerous and inviting, and the area offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and services.
