The coast's largest shopping center can be reached in a few minutes by car and in the immediate area there are also entertainment such as cinema, padel, bowling, mini golf, go-cart and the nearest beach can be reached in about 7 minutes by car to enjoy days of sun and swimming. Builders are also investing heavily here and many new projects are being built and the whole area is expanding. From the apartment it is cycling distance to the popular Villa Martin Plaza with lots of restaurants and bars.
