We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are happy to be able to offer our customers this really nice semi-detached house in the charming area of ??El Raso. The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with open kitchen and several terraces on different levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious plot with patios, a glazed conservatory, outdoor kitchen and an inviting private pool area. There is also space to park the car here. On the upper floor there are two spacious terraces and at the top there is the lovely roof terrace, which is partly glazed, with a nice view of nature and the surrounding area. The house also belongs to a community with a shared pool area.
El Raso is a quiet and cozy area that is well located in the middle between Ciudad Quesada and Guardamar. There is a center with restaurants and shops right at the entrance to the area. El Raso is a scenic area with proximity to a salt lake and here there are several cozy walking paths and the area's largest market is organized in the area, the so-called Lemon Market which is every Friday.
