We at SkandiaMäklarna in Torrevieja are pleased to be able to offer our clients this unique apartment on the first line of Los Locos beach. The apartment is originally three apartments that have been joined together, hence the unusual size. The home consists of a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens and two lovely terraces. From one terrace you have a fantastic view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, while on the other terrace you have larger areas for tables and chairs as well as access and a view of the common pool area. The apartment also includes two garage spaces with storage.
The center of Torrevieja is a lively area all year round and from the residence you have walking distance to an endless range of restaurants, services, bars and everything you need during your stay in the city, regardless of whether it is permanent or on holiday. For the beach lover, the nearest beach is right next door where you can enjoy something good to drink with sand between your toes. The city also offers entertainment for the whole family such as bowling, mini golf, shopping, cinema etc. All ages enjoy it here!
