The property was renovated a couple of years ago and is in very good condition, so all you have to do is pack your bags, move in and start enjoying Spain.
Within a short walking distance you can reach a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and the fantastic beach. There is really everything here for you to fully enjoy your time in Spain. La Mata is a quiet area, but if you want to feel the pulse of the city, you have about a 10 minute drive into central Torrevieja with everything it has to offer. The airport is about a 30 minute drive and La Mata also has a local market every Wednesday, all year round. The nearest beach is just a few steps away and it is the popular La Mata beach
