The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, large living room with plenty of space for both a sofa group and a dining area. an open kitchen and lovely terraces both at the front and back. The terrace at the front is in a direct south orientation with lots of sun and direct access to the lush communal pool area. The terrace at the back is in a northeast orientation where the northern part provides a cooling shade while the large part in the east orientation provides a lovely morning and afternoon sun. It is in a modern and stylish design that is very pleasant to stay in.

Much thanks to its proximity to most things as there is a large selection of bars, restaurants, shops and all necessary services in the area, regardless of whether your stay is permanent or on holiday. Torrevieja is a lively city all year round with entertainment for the whole family regardless of interests or age such as golf, mini golf, bowling, go-cart, shopping or why not spend the days on one of the nearby beaches?
