The villa is located on the first line of the golf course and therefore offers incredibly beautiful views of the golf course and the valley. Las Colinas is one of Spain's finest golf areas and has won several major awards for this. Many competitions are played here and the area is considered one of the Costa Blanca's most exclusive areas. There is a restaurant and grocery store at the clubhouse. For those who want city life, San Miguel de Salinas is only a few minutes away by car and the pulse of Villamartin is also nearby. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away by car and it is the beach of Mil Palmeras, which has recently been named one of the ten best beaches in the country.
