We at SkandiaMäklarna are very happy to be able to offer our customers this modern and very well-maintained apartment right by the beach in Santa Pola. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen and two balconies. One balcony is used as a patio with washing machine and water heater, while the other is a cozy balcony with space for a dining group. From this balcony you also have a nice view of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located in a community that is unique in that there are only 6 homes in the building. The residence has a parking space and storage room. The community also has a communal pool where you can take a refreshing dip.
Santa Pola is a genuinely Spanish city where many sun-thirsty Europeans choose to buy their holiday apartments. The city offers several beaches, lots of restaurants, nice promenades by the famous harbor and cozy city center. The proximity to Alicante airport also makes this area very desirable. The popular amusement park Pola Park is also located here and a popular pleasure is to take the boat over to the tourist attraction Tabarca.
