A very nice two bedroom apartment with a unique pool area and gym, next to the Victoria golf course in Vilamoura.
SkandiaMäklarna Portugal presents a nice apartment with two bedrooms and three patios located at a well-known golf resort. The kitchen has access to a patio where there is a washing machine and drying facilities. There is an open floor plan between the kitchen and living/dining room. The large kitchen has a nice bar area at the opening to the living room. From the living room you can go out onto the terrace, which faces south and can also be furnished. There are also two bright and spacious bedrooms where one bedroom has a bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and there are also wardrobes in the hall. There is air conditioning and electric blinds.
In the area you will find a large pool with a nice and large pool area which also has a playground, children's pool and snack bar and which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
Indoor pool is in a separate building.
The apartment has three TVs. There is also a modern and well-equipped gym on site.
As residents in the area, there is a large roof terrace that can be used by the residents. There you can have your own event or just sit and enjoy the sunset.

We have now been staying on the Algarve coast for a number of years and it has been absolutely fantastic. We understand through our experiences why the Algarve, seven years in a row, has been ranked as the best place to live in Europe.
We chose Vilamoura for a number of reasons. First of all, we found a very nice apartment in a nice and well-maintained residential area, The Residences at Victoria. There we experience the little extra with a nice pool area, our own restaurant for breakfast and lunch and socializing with the neighbors we enjoy.
As golfers, we greatly appreciate that all owners of the apartments at our residence have reduced green fees (around 50%) on Dom Pedro's five fantastic golf courses, of which we are within walking distance of three of them. One of the courses is world class, the Victoria Golf Course. There are two more courses a couple of km away that can easily be reached by car in a couple of minutes.
In addition to golf, we appreciate cycling on Vilamoura's extensive network of cycle paths. Through them, we are close to the port of Vilamoura and not least the magical mile-long Falésia beach, where we take walks almost every day. Each time contributes to a new nature experience. The wide and several-mile-long beach with its red rock formations is unique. Visiting the harbor both during the day and in the evening gives an extra spice if you want something to drink, eat lunch or just stroll around and have an ice cream. We are also close to a nature reserve which is basically next door to The Residences at Victoria. The nature reserve has a rich bird life and works fantastically as pure recreation for running and cycling in a quiet environment. A favorite excursion is to the other side of the nature reserve, where there is a farm that grows organically and serves good lunches. An oasis in itself!
For us, it was important to have some proximity to Faro airport, about 2.5 miles. We do not need to rent a car, but reach most places by bicycle or walking. When we want a car, we easily rent it in Vilamoura or at the airport.
Our interest in food and cooking is really satisfied by the fact that it is affordable to buy fresh fish and not least seafood, both in grocery stores and in restaurants.
The Algarve coast, with its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and its fantastic climate, offers great opportunities for active outdoor life all year round. There are also opportunities for hiking, canoeing and surfing.
Vilamoura has for several years been our paradise, which we have gone to three to five times a year. It is simple, practical and nice to live in this place.
